Day 1:  Exploring Siwa & Desert Safari

Pick up from Cairo airport at 11 pm for 8 hours driving to siwa with stops  on the way for toilets 
07:00 AM – Arrival in Siwa.
Quick breakfast in a local café
Start of the visits:
  Visit the Mountain of the Dead and the Temple of the Oracle of Amun.
Salt Lake: Enjoy a floating swim in its highly salty waters.
 Stop by Cleopatra's Spring (swimming possible).
12:30 PM – Check-in at Ghalet Eco Lodge (or luggage drop-off if rooms aren’t ready yet).
02:30 PM – Light lunch or free time to rest.

Afternoon
3:30 PM – Departure for a desert safari:

• 4x4 ride in the Great Sand Sea

• Sandboarding (optional)

• Visit hot and cold springs in the desert

• Sunset in the dunes

Evening
6:00–7:00 PM – Return to the lodge
Dinner in the desert
Overnight at Ghalet Eco Lodge, Siwa
Optional stop at the local market in Siwa for souvenirs
Meals included: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Day 2: Sunday – Shali Fortress, Marsa Matrouh & Travel to Alexandria

Morning
8:30 AM – Breakfast and check-out from the lodge
8:30 AM – Visit the ruins of the Shali Fortress – panoramic view of the Siwa Oasis

Late Morning
10:30 AM – Departure from Siwa to Marsa Matrouh (approx. 4 to 5 hours drive)
3:00 PM – Arrival in Marsa Matrouh
Lunch by the sea
Short walk or quick swim if time permits

Afternoon
4:00 PM – Departure from Marsa Matrouh to Alexandria (approx. 4 to 4.5 hours drive)
8:30 PM – Arrival in Alexandria
Check-in at the hotel (suggested: located on the Corniche)
Optional evening stroll on the Corniche or a break in a local café
Overnight in Alexandria
Meals included: Breakfast and lunch

Day 3: Monday – Visit of Alexandria & Return to Cairo

Morning
8:00 AM – Breakfast at the hotel
9:00 AM – Departure for the sightseeing tour:
 Library of Alexandria
Citadel of Qaitbay from Outside 
 Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa
 Pompey's Pillar

Afternoon
1:00 PM – Lunch at a seafood restaurant (e.g., Fish Market)
2:30 PM – Departure to Cairo (approx. 3 to 4 hours drive)

Evening
6:30–7:30 PM – Arrival in Cairo, drop-off at your residence
