At 08:00 am, you will be picked up from your cruise in Alexandria Port by our tour guide to enjoy a marvelous private excursion to Cairo from Alexandria. Start the tour by visiting one of the Seven Wonders of the World that dates back to the 4th dynasty. The Great Pyramids of Giza  (Cheops, Chephrenand Mykerinus) Then proceed to explore the Giza Plateau and visit the Great Sphinx, the mythical creature which features a human head along with the body of a lion that emits power and wisdom, and visit the Valley Temple where the mummification of the Royal Mummies originally took place.

16:00, if you want to visit the Royal Mummies hall where you can enjoy a glimpse of feeling of the Valley of the Kings where most of these mummies originally rested, you indeed have to visit the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization. You can have a look at the exceptional collection of mummies displayed in a new style using the 21st century technology to go beneathe the wrappings and reveal the most mysterious secrets of their burial rituals and religious beliefs surrounding the mummification and purification processes in ancient Egypt.
